According to a report from Prozorro,
We ask all users of the DZO to upload data to the System in advance
On March 1, 2018, in accordance with the requirements of the State Telecommunication Union, the ProZorro Electronic Public Procurement System has migrated all IT landscapes from Amazon Web Services to the De Novo G-Cloud protected cloud in Ukraine. This is an unprecedented internal technical solution, which we hoped will go unnoticed by the System users. However, during March, ProZorro occasionally experienced some delays in downloading data in user rooms, including the AMC's office. They have in no way influenced the integrity of the data in the System or the conduct of auctions, information is protected from loss through multiple reservations. However, our mission is to provide users with the highest possible service, so the Prozorro and De Novo teams apologize to customers for their work outages.
The above problems arose due to the excessive load on the Data Center in the data record, which occurs at peak hours. At present, De Novo specialists have eliminated all existing obstacles and established enhanced work control. In addition, in the next two weeks, ProZorro is planned to be shipped to a new cloud segment, which will ensure more reliable operation in the future.
Due to the possible delay in data synchronization, we ask ProZorro users to download documents and other information in advance, and keep up the offer at the last moment. In the next two weeks, we advise you to do so no later than 6 hours before the deadline for submitting offers. We do not expect any significant problems in the work of the System, but we feel obligated to warn all customers so that they can plan tender procedures.
March 1, 2018 ProZorro's Electronic Public Procurement System has migrated all IT landscapes from Amazon Web Services to De Novo G-Cloud in Ukraine. The AWS cloud is the largest public cloud in the world with its own unique architecture. Migration ProZorro is unique to the domestic IT community - with Amazon in Ukraine, around 45 terabytes of information, more than 30 million files and all important for the functioning of the System modules were moved. In proactive mode, the ProZorro and De Novo teams work together to resolve all issues related to adapting the System to a new cloud.
