Зменшити ціну Договору, встановивши її у обсязі 78 786 070,80 (сімдесят вісім мільйонів сімсот вісімдесят шість тисяч сімдесят гри 80 коп.) з відповідним внесенням змін до додатку №1 до договору (нова редакція додатку №1 додається). 2. Календарний графік виконання робіт (Додаток 2 до Договору) викласти у редакції, що додається. |

У зв’язку з цим, - додаток №1 до Договору викласти у редакції, що додається; - пункт 3.1.Договору викласти у редакції: Ціна цього Договору становить 77 763 267,20 (сімдесят сім мільйонів сімсот шістдесят три тисячі двісті шістдесят сім грн. 20 коп_) з урахуванням ПДВ, що станом на дату укладення Договору дорівнює загальній вартості робіт. - у додатку №2 до Договору цифри «63261180,40» замінити на цифри «62238466,8» та цифри «78785980,80» замінити на цифри «77763267,2». |
