| Description of the reasons for change | У зв’язку з відкриттям фінансування об’єкта Поточний середній ремонт автомобільної дороги загального користування державного значення Р-61 Батурин – Конотоп - Суми (окремими ділянками), а також недостатністю обсягів бюджетного фінансування для завершення обєкту у поточному році, на підставі пунктов 5.1 та 10.3 Договору, відповідно до підпункту 4 пункту 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди: Подовжити дію Договору на 2021 рік та внести зміни до Договору: - по п.5.1 - слова та цифри «31 грудня 2020 року» замінити на «31 грудня 2021 року» - по п.10.1 замінитити цифри «31.12.2020» на цифри «31.12.2021». |
