| Description of the reasons for change | На виконання пункту 11 Плану заходів з виконання вимог щодо відокремлення і незалежності оператора газотранспортної системи, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 18 вересня 2019 № 840 (із змінами та доповненнями), на підставі Закону України "Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України у зв’язку з відокремленням діяльності з транспортування природного газу" від 31 жовтня 2019 року № 264- IX, який набув чинності 17 листопада 2019 року, Закону України "Про внесення змін до Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 14 листопада 2019 року № 300-ІХ, у зв’язку з відокремленням діяльності з транспортування природного газу з метою забезпечення надійної та безпечної експлуатації газотранспортної системи України та забезпечення належного функціонування оператора газотранспортної системи України після 1 січня 2020 року, та керуючись статтею 510 Цивільного кодексу України відбувається заміна сторони зобов’язань за договорами шляхом укладання трьохсторонніх угод. |
