На виконання Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 2 грудня 2020 року № 1198 та керуючись ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного кодексу України, відповідно до пунктів 23.1 та 23.7 розділу 23 Договору № 112-20 від 17.12.2020 р., Сторони домовились доповнити даний Договір пунктом 4.15 наступного змісту: «Замовник не здійснює попередню оплату за даним Договором протягом усього терміну дії Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 22 липня 2020 року № 641». |
