Аmount of services provided: up to 3,500 insurance policies, 4 (four) insurance programmes (approximately: Classic – 2,446 policies; Prestige - 940 policies, Elite - 100 policies, VIP - 14 policies). The amount of services to be provided is specified in Annex 1 to the tender documents “The list of programmes of voluntary health insurance”. Place for provision of services: Ukraine, excluding residential areas, where public authorities do not exercise their powers. Term for delivery of services: 36 months.
