Category of the Customer - a legal entity is a recipient of budget funds. The language in which tender offers should be prepared is Ukrainian. Conditions for securing tender offers: The Customer requires securing of a tender offer in the form of an original of unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee (in the form of an electronic document with an electronic signature / qualified electronic signature, which is available for viewing and verification without the need for a separate software product), which must contain a statement of compliance with obligations to pay the relevant funds to the Customer (IBAN UA968201720355179011088001058 in GUDKSU in Lviv region, MFO - 820172, USREOU - 25253009) in case of non-compliance with the conditions provided for in part three of Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Public Procurement’. A bank guarantee formulated in another way will lead to the rejection of the tender offer. The bank guarantee must be issued by a bank that has an appropriate license to provide banking services and is not in the process of liquidation. In addition, the bank guarantee must be unconditional and irrevocable, it must contain details of the procurement name and its number on the web portal of the Authorized Body. The amount of the tender offer security is: 28 829, 00 (twenty eight thousand eight hundred twenty nine hryvnias 00 kopecks). The validity period of the tender offer security shall be not less than the validity period of the tender offer. The security of the tender offer must be valid during the validity of the tender offer. In case of extension of the tender offer, the term of the tender offer security shall be extended by the Bidder for the relevant term. All costs related to the tender offer securing shall be borne by the Bidder. The tender offer which does not contain the confirmation of tender offer securing by the Bidder is rejected by the Customer.
